Born in Bologna, Italy, young and enthusiastic real estate agent Simone Malferrari brings a fresh perspective to the Compass team. With a rich international background, Simone thrives in real estate. He serves the New York area, making his entrepreneurial spirit and passion quite useful. With a passion rooted in the Principality of Monaco, the area in which he grew up, Simone has created a network of contacts and clients from all over the world. His knowledge of other markets enhances his ability to serve and negotiate.
Simone has always known that real estate was a passion he wanted to pursue. He graduated with an International BBA from the University of Navarra in Spain. Following that degree, he attended Fordham University, where he graduated with a Masters of Science in Real Estate. Simone joined Compass a few years ago and has been an integral part of the team ever since.
Simone is also quadrilingual, a unique skill that has proven highly valuable in the real estate industry. His international background and ability to speak Italian, French, English, and Spanish sets him apart from the competition. Additionally, he has had valuable experience in various high-end markets, including the luxury car industry and wine industry. The gaps Simone can bridge between people in the market are truly priceless, creating a one-of-a-kind experience for his clients.
Primarily, Simone works with young and established professionals much like himself. He also frequently works with couples and families, whether they want to buy a home or invest in a property. While Simone has a true entrepreneurial spirit, client connections are at the heart of his work. His favorite part of the real estate industry is the human relationships he can create.
Working in the city that never sleeps keeps Simone busy, but when he finds time to explore, he jumps at the chance. One of his passions is sailing, and his traveling, studying, and working experiences amidst Spain, UK, Norway, Australia, and, of course, Italy, have been remarkable assets for him. He also enjoys New York City’s art scene. Finally, one of his favorite activities is soccer and this is why he decided to sponsor through Festina Lente one of the Downtown Soccer League teams in Battery Park City. Simone has a deep connection with his friends and family, tremendously proud of the support they have given him as he has worked to make his dreams come true.
