Born in Bologna, Italy, young and enthusiastic real estate agent Simone Malferrari brings a fresh perspective to the Compass team. With a rich international background, Simone thrives in real estate. He serves the New York area, making his entrepreneurial spirit and passion quite useful. With a passion rooted in the Principality of Monaco, the area in which he grew up, Simone has created a network of contacts and clients from all over the world. His knowledge of other markets enhances his ability to serve and negotiate.
Simone has always known that real estate was a passion he wanted to pursue. He graduated with an International BBA from the University of Navarra in Spain. Following that degree, he attended Fordham University, where he graduated with a Masters of Science in Real Estate.
